return policy
Due to the nature of our products being custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for non-defective items. We currently only accept exchanges for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective.

exchange policy
For products that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective, we currently accept exchange requests only. If you wish to request an exchange, please follow the exchange process below:
Request Timeline: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@femmeandferal.co or via our contact form below. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item to initiate the process.
Approval: Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including an exchange form, to be included with your return package.
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Processing Time: Your replacement will be shipped promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
